Candidates who are appearing in the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET), scheduled to be conducted on May 7, 2017, can check below for the detailed syllabus of NEET 2017.The exam conducting authority, Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released NEET 2017 Syllabus for candidates to prepare thoroughly for the test. The NEET syllabus 2017 is prepared after reviewing syllabus of various state boards as well as those prepared by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Council Board of School Education (COBSE) and National Council of Education Research and Training (NCERT). Further, NEET 2017 syllabus has been made after the recommendations from the Medical Council of India (MCI) and is strictly based on topics, chapters and subjects taught during 10+2/HSC level. This was done to establish uniformity across the country keeping in view the relevance of different areas in medical education.

For 2018, NEET will be conducted by CBSE. Talking about the syllabus, the same will be followed as announced earlier.



NTA may conduct the exam form 2019 onwards, and the syllabus will mostly the same at that time also. But yet to be finalised.
