The cutoff varies every year depending on many factors such as the difficulty level of the exam, candidates appearing in the exam, total number of seats, etc. therefore, it would be difficult to tell you the exact cutoff.

You can refer to the previous year cutoff to have an idea about the marks required for admission. Previous year cutoff of IIIT Bangalore for Integrated M.Tech is as follows:

iM.Tech (CSE) NTA All India Rank cut off is 8718
iM.Tech (ECE) NTA All India Rank cut off is 10972

For Cse -202 marks
For ece -190 marks

As this year cutoff will also around this .But it aslo depends also on your category from which category you belongs
