It is very difficult to determine cut off marks for any colleges in a state before exams beacuse it depends on sevral factors. If you look at the trends of the cut off scores over the last 2 years, you'll understand that the cut off scores have only increased with time.

 Cut off differ for each category - General, OBC, SC, ST. The percentile will be determined on the basis of higher marks secured in All India common merit list in the upcoming NEET exam.

For all India 85% quota, It can be expected that, you  need to score more than 550 to get a seat in the Govt. Medical College in West Bengal

Though state cutoff is not released. You can expect 450 marks above to get into West Bengal colleges under 85% quota and 500 above to get into 15% quota seats for general category and somewhat closely for OBC category.
