Hello!!
The JEE main qualifying cutoff for the year 2019 was 89.7548849 for Common Rank List and 78.2174869 for General-EWS.This year's cutoff may change based on the number of candidates appearing and the difficulty of the question paper. So to be on the safer side try to secure above 95 or 100 to qualify for JEE advanced exam. All the best!!
Dear aspirant,
For different shift the cutoff mark is going to be different yet unknown, as the cutoff will come in percentile system. Considering in percentile system the cutoff for OC boys was 89.8 percentile last year. The mark for 89.8 percentile would lie around 100-120 marks last year.
Now considering this year, the exam will be conducted of 300 marks. So, the cutoff might vary significantly. That will also depend on the toughness of the paper. So, considering all that; you should score a minimum of 100 marks to be eligible for JEE advance.
I'm considering 100 as by all predicaments. But it also get as low as 80-90 marks even.
Hope this helps!
