Maurya, MBBS seats in AP are categorised into 3 areas namely AU,OU and SVU. You need to locale to that area to secure a seat. We do not have 2019 data yet. Neverthless, in 2018, the cut offs for various areas have been like this:

AU: 533

OU: 526

SVU: 517

Now cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. And cut offs will decrease with increase in the no.of seats. This year across India 75 Medical Colleges will open and we might have a few Colleges in AP which means, the cut offs might be more or less the same. But to be on a safer side, please target atleast 50 marks more than the score mentioned against the area you are a locale to. Neet cut off for general category is 50 th percentile, usually it is around in between 120-140 marks as per past year trends, for example neet 2019 cut off marks for general category was 134 marks but neet cut off marks keeps changing every year depending upon several factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks scored by students, toughness level of exam etc . You need to try to score at least 550+ marks if you want to get into government medical college, for example in the year 2018 , the lowest marks that fetched a seat in government medical college in AP was 533 marks for AU region,526 marks for OU region and 517 marks for SVU region under state quota .
