See there is no any common cut-off for any specific branch but the cut-offs are for determining the eligibility for JEE-Advance like the expected qualifying cut-offs for this year :-
So if the candidate of any of the above category would be able to secure the above mentioned percentile (expected) then he/she would only be able to appear for JEE-Advance and CSE is offered in different institutes and different institutes have different cut-offs so you have to check for which college you are targeting. With General category if you are seeking admission in any NIT in CSE branch then you should aim for CRL under 20,000 .
