You have not mentioned about your reservation category, bacause the seat allotments are based on reservation categories , and Considering the previous year's Cutoffs , if you belong to General Category then  you might get seat in Maldah Medical college, as its previous year's Cutoff rank was 29949 ,with 479 marks ,
So have hope and register yourself and attend every phase of counselling as the Cutoffs are subject to change every year,

You missed to mention your Category. There are around 2200 Medical Seats and 540 Dental seats. And then there have been another 650 seats added this year. With that, yes you might get a seat in Maldah Medical College but it is noy quite a certainity. Either ways please register and attend the counselling. You might atleast get a Private Medical College if not Maldah Medical College.
