First things first, your NEET score has no bearing on regards to your fees in GMCs. Yes, your score can help you get a seat in a good Medical College but the college fees remains the same irrespective of your score in NEET. The fees in GMC is already subsidised and lowest in the country. Now seats in GMC are filled through All India Quota and State Quota. If it is through All India Quota, MAMC has the lowest tution fees at Rs. 240 annually while Goa Medical College has the highest fees at Rs. 89,500 annually. Under State Quota, the lowest fees is in Tamilnadu with Rs.4,000 as tution fees annually and the highest in Uttarakhand at Rs.4,00,000 without any bond.
