75% attendance is must be composure so may able to seat in semester exam without is you may not able attained the exam and they have some mark area in attendance so you may need at least 75%. Timing for MBA college is 9:00 o'clock and may it all timing may it is similar in all other states also.

The timing varies from institute to institute. Also it depends on your lectures. The timings are usually between 9 am to 6 pm.
In most of the colleges, there's a rule that your attendance has to be above 75% otherwise you will not be permitted to give exam but sometimes they don't strictly follow it.
