After you submit your 20000 rupees in upsee you need to check for if there is a seat of your choice or not. This money of your is added to the fees submitted by you to the college in which you get admission and thus you need to pay 20,000 less in the admission process. And if you back off from the process and dont take admission anywhere in the colleges under aktu then the money isnt given back to you.
