It is highly unlikely to predict the category cut off before the declaration of result because it depends on various factors such as number of candidates appeared, number of candidates in your category, percentile score and even tie breaker will cause the rank to change. However, you can expect your EWS category rank around 3,500. Note that after the declaration of results, your actual rank may change.
