Hi,

To get admission in NITs under B arch course you need to write jee mains for that, i.e., second paper of Jee Mains. Moreover you need to have maths as a compulsory subject in 10+2 and 75% as your aggregate if you're a general category student.

We can't give you the exact percentile because it changes according to the number of students attending the exam as well as its difficulty level.
