Hi , the third attempt depends on the availability of vacant seats which means that the third attempt will be conducted only if there are vacant seats left in any course. If there will be no vacancies left third attempt will not be conducted. So the slot booking for the third attempt will be announced  only if there are vacancies. And you need not worry about the date because as soon as the slot booking will be open the university will send a message to you on your registered mobile number, as they  did for the second attempt.
