Sorry but your question seems incomplete as you have not mentioned your state and the name of the college . As different states have chosen different periods for reopening of colleges depending upon the pandemic situation in their state. But most of the states have released the guideline to reopen the colleges from September.  So there are chances that your college will also open soon.
