You can apply the distance education when the colleges release there admission form. They release their form in between march to july.

Hey Shakira.

Its great to know that you want to take up engineering as your career. But unfortunately since 2001 the Supreme Court of India has invalidated distance learning programs for all engineering courses. The apex court directed all deemed universities across the country to discontinue any distance learning courses from the session 2018-19 without prior approval of the regulatory authorities.

When you have more than 2 years gap in your regular studies then you have to apply for the distance education..
