The COMED-K may declare the round 2 cutoff maybe after one or two weeks of round 1 seat allotment and round 2 extended cutoff after one or two weeks of round 2 seat allotment. They don't have specific time. It may be released early or it may get late. I hope your doubt will be cleared after reading this answer.
