There is no official announcement by Karnataka Examinations Authority(KEA) regarding number of vacant seats and conduct of mopup round till now.

Mopup round takes place only when seats are left vacant after completion of first and second round of counselling and for seats reverted to state from 15% All India Quota counselling. Be in touch with the following website so that to check for any further notifications -

Hi Sandeep,

Currently the second round of Karnataka Medical counselling is going on. The last date of joining college after second round is 3 August 2019. 

So the mop up schedule would be available after 3 August 2019. You must keep tracking their website which is kea.kar.nic.in
