Hi Omeshwar.This is Neeraj Atluri.In my view you have to pay the entire college fees(75,000) before entering in to the college.Many of the colleges will follow the same rule.If you have any doubts regarding this reply me,Our team will help you.Sorry ffor the late reply and ALL the best.
