there are a number of entrance exams held across India conducted for admissions into BA courses such as DUET, NPAT, IPU CET, JNUEE, etc., as you havent mentioned or tagged the name of any specific exam let me give you an approximate idea of the time. so, mostly application form processes will start between the months of april to may, 2021. the entrance exams will be conducted most probably in may, 2021.
