Hello there. Hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that Punjab University has not announced the official dates as of now. But considering the previous years  pattern of examination dates, it is expected that the registration will commence from first week of April and it will be closed by the third week of April. The exam will most probably be conducted in the last week of April for UG and last week of June for Pg programs.
