When to apply for EWS certificate. for jee advanced 2021 ASPIRANT?

For year 2020 jee advanced has released the information brochure and it is clearly written that certificate obtained on or after 20th april 2020 will be considered as valid. And it can be submitted in the jee advanced registration portal. But as for 2021, you must refer to the information brochure which will be released in year 2021. According to me, the date of obtaining certificate will remain same, that is, 20th april in the year 2021. You can submit your scanned copy of certificate during the registerion for jee advanced 2021, next year.
