The dates for NEET exam 2022 results are not declared yet. Since, the NTA (National Testing Agency) has notreleased the official answer key yet for the exam, results won't be out anytime soon. Once they release the answer key, the candidates will be offered to challenge any answer provided by the NTA if they feel it's not correct.
After that, the NTA will release the OMR sheets. After that OMR response challenging round will be conducted. Once all these formalities are completed, the result date will be announced by the NTA. After that only, the results will be announced.
We can expect results to be somewhere near the end of August or starting of September month. As this process usually takes 15-20 days.

The National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET), formerly the All India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT), is the qualifying test for MBBS and BDS programmes in Indian medical and dental colleges. It is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

As per several media reports, the Agency was expected to announce the date, time, and schedule regarding the NEET UG result today (20 August, 2022). They have not yet released any particular information as of when the date might be released. The date for the results can be announced anytime soon.
