Shashi, SEBC is a reservation for social and economic backward classes. So this is a sub reservation within OBC for those whose annual income is less. So you have to select OBC-NCL as your Category during filling the NEET application form. But while filling Maharashtra State NEET counselling form, you can select SEBC as your Category.
