if you get alloted a seat in second round then your first round's seat gets cancelled and you can get second round's seat only...

Is seat alloted in second round always better than first round or it may be worse ?

Its usually better as it depends on the choices you have entered while choice filling ,above the college name which you got in your first round ...

I have got a seat in first round councelling but it is not quiet good as I expected so I think to leave that seat and go fir second round councelling will AKTU again allot me a new seat?
