The confirmed dates have not been released yet nut most probably the basic registrations will begin in August 2019 and continue till September 2019. After the prospects and tentative seat positions have been released in the first few days of October, the actual registration will begin in October itself. It is compulsory to submit the documents by October as the admit cards will be given in November.

Hey Mityal, the final registration for AIIMS PG 2020 will be start from first week of October 2019. As the last date to register for it is last week of August. And the final registration of AIIMS PG 2020, will be end on the last week of October. Best of luck for the future.
