when will the degree colleges affiliated to Mumbai University going to open online or offline according to the latest Mumbai University circular

hi,
see due to corona out break college, university, schools all are remained closed. the institute would open when the government authority would release the notifications. right now there is no information for opening of university offline. so it would likely assumed that your on going online education system would remain same. however follow the official website and make contacts with college authority, faculty members.
