NTSE Result 2019 will be announced separately for Stage 1 and Stage 2. The result for Stage 1 is declared by the States/ UTs in February 2019 and for Stage 2 the scores are declared in August 2019 by NCERT. Applicants who will successfully qualify stage 1 are only eligible to apply for stage 2.

The result of NTSE Uttar Pradesh was announced in the first week of February last year. It might have been gotten delayed due to some reason. Keep on checking the official website regularly.
