Where are the best engineering colleges free for students?

Hey Boya Veeresh,
With out tuition fee there is no engineering college in India. If you want to get admission in good college for free, it is only possible by your merit. Without that you cannot get scholarships. There are few college which accept very low tuition fee. But they are far better than other top engineering colleges in India. They are,
1. Aligarh Muslim University
2. Jadhavapur University
3. Jamia Millia islamia
4. College of engineering, Guindy
5. Indian Institute of Space Science and technology
