there will be both objective type and subjective type written test , which consist of teaching aptitude, research aptitude , legal aptitude and basic legal knowledge , questions will be asked from the following area research methodology ,legal resoning, legal aptitutde , jurisprudence , constitutional law,IPC, public international law, human rights , corporate law(contract act, companies act), family law and environment law and the weightage is oof 70 percent .
