where did pay the councelling fees

Hello,
In NTA portal or the official website ( of the particular examination) of those examination for which you want to do the counselling have their option of payment method. If you are doing this by your own then mainly the last page is only regarding this. But if you are going to any cyber cafe then they will do it for you.
