The best question bank would be the previous year questions. You can give them as mocks by yourself.

Careers360 has question bank, mock and many more which you can get in MBBS companion.

You can give mocks in the coaching center if you are going one. Also you can ask for their previous questions.

Many online websites also offer mocks. You can try that.

You can get the sample paper of NEET  from various sources.. however you could go through this linkhttp://www.medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-sample-paper.. it has excellent set of questions with authenticated answers. So i would suggest you follow this. It will help you in your practise..

The best would be to join a test series offered by a coaching institute or online. However, the below link will allow you to download questions sets of previous years. If you are adamant on answering on your own, be stringent on time. Also, check the solution after completion of the paper. Concepts that are unclear must be revised and re-learnt. There is no such question bank but you can try some online test series from Careers360 or embibe or topper. They provide some exam oriented questions also detailed explainations are also available.
