So the three Main colleges which provide MTech course in artificial intelligence in India -

1. Indian Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad, Average fees of this colleges will be close to 1 lakh INR per annum.
2. University of Petroleum and Energy Studies
3. Indian Institute of management and technology, Trivandrum, Average fees might be around 60,000 per annum here.

I've mainly heard of these three colleges only and these are very reputed to study in. At the same time it is quite difficult to get into these.
