Candidate can fill their form either uploading declaration form (for those candidates who failed to fetch latest obc ncl certificate) or upload obc ncl certificate .

If you have completed first and second step by submitting declaration then you can upload obc ncl certificate till June 5th. Ensure your certificate should latest bu april these year as per instruction on official site.

The portal has yet to open and might open as soon registration end. you can simply upload certificate by logging in with your credentials.
