hi there Pramod,

In the radioactive decay process we have two subsequent nucleus that is Alpha and Alpha'.in this case after the Alpha process the Alpha' Atom will be excited and depending on the nature of this Atom it will undergo further steps as in Gamma or Beta Decay.

so in short after the alpha process the electron will be emmited or radiated.

this will result in oxidation state reduction of the original material.
