due to covid 19 pandemic viteee 2020 did not held.. however viteee is comparatively than jee main. so if you are preparing for jee main this is an added advantage. I suggest to follow text books with arihant mcq books of physics, chemistry, and mathematics.

Practice as many sample papers as possible as this may  helpsyou to recollect the formulas, give you an idea on where you have to improve and will also help you to manage time better.
