You will usually find your downloads in the Downloads folder on your computer.
On Windows: Open File Explorer (you can press Windows + E), then click on Downloads in the left sidebar or under “This PC.” By default, downloaded files are saved here: C:\Users$$Your User Name]\Downloads (https://www.howtogeek.com/771533/where-are-my-downloads-on-windows/) (https://www.madpenguin.org/where-are-downloads-on-my-computer/) (https://www.easeus.com/resource/where-do-my-downloads-go.html) .

On Mac: Open Finder and select Downloads from the sidebar (https://dmu-ac-uk.libanswers.com/dp/faq/277966) (https://www.madpenguin.org/where-are-downloads-on-my-computer/) .
In your browser: Most browsers let you view your recent downloads by pressing Ctrl + J (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + J (Mac) and will show you the file’s location. You can also right-click a downloaded item and select “Show in folder” or “Show in Finder” (https://dmu-ac-uk.libanswers.com/dp/faq/277966) (https://www.howtogeek.com/771533/where-are-my-downloads-on-windows/) .
NOTE : If you changed the download location or can’t find the folder, use the search function in File Explorer or Finder to look for the file name
