Yes you can apply as its mentioned nowhere that students who gives improvement test cant apply. The eligibility criteria says :



AIIMS MBBS Eligibility Criteria 2018  Academic Qualification



Candidate applying for AIIMS MBBS 2018 should have passed Class 12 under the 10+2 scheme/CBSE or Intermediate Science or an equivalent examination of a recognized University/Board with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as subjects.



Candidates who are appearing for their Class 12 Board examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English (PCBE) as main subjects and expect to pass the examination are also eligible to apply. However, their candidature will only be considered if they provide documentary evidence of having passed the qualifying examination with the required subjects and percentage of marks.



Candidates who have appeared for the examination of an Indian University or of a foreign/university that is equivalent to the Class 12 exam under 10+2 scheme/Intermediate Science Examination, will have to produce a certificate from the concerned Indian University/Association of the Indian Universities.



AIIMS MBBS Eligibility Criteria 2018 Qualifying Marks



To fulfill the AIIMS MBBS 2018 eligibility criteria, the candidate must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English. The minimum aggregate of the marks General and OBC candidates need to have scored in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English in their Class 12 or HSC examination must be 60%.



Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OPH category should have scored a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in these four subjects in their Class 12 or HSC examination.



Candidates with CGPA grades only will have to apply the conversion factor in the AIIMS MBBS 2018 application form. The Conversion Factor should be as approved by their respective Examination Boards.
