Hi,
It depends on what you want to do and where you want to study. If you wish to attend IIT or NIT then you should give JEE another try. So if you have time and you can prepare well to qualify JEE, then you should. Otherwise you can go ahead with Comedk. But that will be for most of the private institutions.
