Best of two wil be considered.You can give both phase of jee mains exam.Out of 2 exam in which you score better score ,that score will be considered your best score.If you seat only in one phase then score of that phase exam will be considered as your best score.Through that score rank will be calculated after 2nd phase of jee mains exam.
