Whether NEET eligibility depends on all subjects of 12th ...? or only PCB..? or PCB with English...?

You need to pass all the subjects in your 12th and then score the minimum required aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. For being eligible in NEET, you should score a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST.
