These 3 courses are good enough to prepare for CA/CS. As all the 3 courses are dealing with accountancy, you will get a perfect base for preparation.

BCOM generals Will have basic syllabus and maybe you find tough syllabus while getting prepared for CA. Accountancy/ finance will be a great option to choose as they have deeper syllabus which helps you to understand all the important topics for CA preparation
