Hi,

For MSc Chemistry preparation some of the books which  useful to you are :-

  • Organic Chemistry - Francis A Carey Morrison and Boyd
  • Organic Chemistry Clayden Reactions, Mechanisms and structures by Michael B Smith, Jerry March
  • Inorganic Chemistry  - James E. Huheey Puri, Sharma and Kalia

These books will help you with the preparation for Msc Chemistry entrances for not just DU, BHU but other exams as well.

Some best books are like previous years sample papers, modules of the coaching institutes, these are really good ones to get the idea about the competitive questions. Next for text you can start from PS Kalsi KL Kapoor Clayden Huheey and for some numerical try Amalendu Ghoshal books for named reaction S N Sanyal and then try banewell for some Spectroscopy part and one good book for compact organic is N Tewari.

Hope this helps.

Good luck.
