Hello Rahul,

The best book for CMAT preparation is The Complete Reference Manual CMAT from Arihant Publication. And especially for Quantitative Aptitude I prefer Arun Sharma and Sarvesh Verma. I would suggest to clear your concepts first and then go for rigorous practice, keeping a watch on time
