Hi,
Both IT and CSE are good. Its up to you to decide which subject you want to pursue, based on your interests.

IT is more of a Professional course. You are taught about systems and their functioning on a need to know basis. You are taught regarding the basic applications of a technology.
It makes you an expert at the surface level of the tech, which will aid you to develop skills required at the industrial level. You need to know about Networking and some basic hardware and software rules.
IT can teach you what you need to know about their
functionalities. Computer Science and Engineering on the other hand, is dedicated to both professional and research tracks. A Computer Engineer is someone who would have in depth knowledge about the Hardware systems as well as the Software systems. Although, Computer Engineers are often categorised with Electrical Engineers. As they are both dedicated to expertise in the Hardware division while having above average knowledge on Theoretical or Software division of Computers.

So going through the above, decide well what your interest lies in.
Good Luck.
