Honestly, both have seen immense scope but Companies have more preference towards Computer Science candidates reason being their expertise into hardware based aspects like Networking, Embedded design, Robotics and Mechatronics.
On the contrary, Software engineering candidate lack such skills an dhence ar egiven lesser preference.
Overall CSE is best known for variety of job roles it produces and shall be bright lucrative career with the technology advancement from programmes like Digital India and Startup Growth.
