See this decision mainly depends on u in which u are having ur interest. For CSE ur interest should be good in coding and other languages of computer. For ECE u should be studying about the integrated chips and their functioning with some knowledge of electrical. See basically in CSE u have to design programmes that a device will do and in ECE u make the chips or storage devices in which this programming is to be done.

Both the branches have a good career outcome but one of the main thing that depend the lot is the quality of the branch study in a particular college which u are choosing. Choose branch according to the college.

First of all this decision completely belongs to you   . You must choose as per choice. But I can suggest you. In my view both the departments are good but you can take ece as it is a mixture of electronics and also some coding   . So you can get both the knowledge .Best of luck .
