Both Aakash and Allen provides you with good study package and guidance.The faculty is also good.But the first thing you will have to accept for yourself is that no coaching institute can make you a Doctor unless you don't invest your time and dedication in studies.You may enroll yourself in the best coaching Institute of this world but that will not help if you are not sure of your calling.
Both Aakash and Allen will prepare you for various test series and would predict your performace based on that.But with your hard work you can change things. Coaching Institutes only provide you a conventional framework and trains you to be within it. Every year both of these institutes claim that their student have made it to the top Medical colleges but nothing can be vouched for.
So,if you can manage the stress which Kota generally offers,then go for Allen and follow their "Realistic Preparation" otherwise if you have Aakash Institute in your city then go for it.To be honest there is no such thing as "better coaching Institute" especially for exams like NEET and AIIMS where everything boils down to your hard work and approach.

I think you should choose Allen over Akash . Because the faculties of Allen are expert and experienced as well . The Doubt Session of Allen is huge . The test series is realistic . Study materials of Allen Institute has wide contents with illustrations .
