If you have to compare between this two institutes then I would recommend you to go for Presidency Bangalore as it have better infrastructure. As it is a university, the curriculum is more well organized and can be implicated by the university itself. Also the curriculum is very organized in Presidency University. So you should go for Presidency if you want to get the best option among this two. DSCE is also good and is affiliated by Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi . Frankly speaking, the faculties in DSCE aren't good as that of Presidency University faculties. So its better to learn from professionals. Now the decision is all yours.
