Honestly speaking if you are comparing SVEC with RGM then according to the reviews of the students of both these colleges i want to tell you that the:

Placements of SVEC have a rating of 8.4/10.
Placements of RGM have a rating of 5.7/10.
And RGM also doesn't provide internships to the students.

So in terms of placements records SVEC last year average package was about 3.5 lakh per annum.

So b/w these 2 colleges SVEC can be a good option.

On comparing both the colleges with various factors like established year, faculty and placement
Sri venkateshwara college of engineering, tirupati is better than Rajiv gandhi memorial college kurnool.

Sri venkateshwara college has good faculty with best placement.

My recommendation is go for sri venkateshwara college
