which college should i prefer i have got 83 marks in jee mains rank 107936 2017 and 85 above 12 cbse board should i get any nit college

You have less chances in NITs based on your marks and rank.
You can get private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private colleges based on JEE Main score/rank. You need to apply separately for them.
